A: Yes - this program is designed specifically for Iron Warriors. If you're painting a different Legion, some techniques will still be useful, but the focus is on Iron Warriors style, colors, and conversions.
Note, these techniques are directly transferable to Horus Heresy Iron Warriors (not just Warhammer 40,000).
